1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ckkk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ckkk platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://ckkk.asia.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ckkk platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the ckkk platform.

4 Account Registration

When registering an account on ckkk, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckkk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ckkk will never request your password through any communication channel. 4.3 KYC Verification

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. 5.3 Deposit Processing

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7 Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules

All wagers placed on the ckkk platform are governed by the specific game rules published for each product category (casino games, sports betting, live dealer). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific product's rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

7.2 Void Bets

ckkk reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event's outcome was determined; (b) the bet was placed at an erroneous price due to a technical or human error; (c) the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means; or (d) the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to produce a valid result under the applicable sporting rules.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckkk platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of ckkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckkk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
